Return & Refund Policy

We want every VYRION product to meet a high standard of fit, quality, and performance. If your order is not right, contact us at hello@wearvyrion.com and we will review the issue.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, odor-free, and in its original condition.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, alteration, pet hair, deodorant marks, stains, or heavy handling may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. VYRION is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VYRION error, defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be offered when inventory is available. Because VYRION may release products in limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, socks may not be returned once opened, worn, washed, or removed from original packaging.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in a preorder notice.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order details.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier or shipping service.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@wearvyrion.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

VYRION is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues after the package has been marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.

Preorders and Limited Drops

Preorder and limited-drop items may have longer processing and shipping timelines. Estimated timelines will be provided on the product page when applicable.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier fees required by their country.
